Children’s Acting Classes in

Glasgow (Ages 5–7 – P1–P3)

Inspire Creativity. Build Confidence. Start Their Acting Journey.

Drama Classes Designed for Young Performers

At Break a Leg Academy’s Youth Theatre in Glasgow, our acting classes for children aged 5–7 (P1–P3) are carefully crafted to provide a fun, engaging, and supportive introduction to the world of theatre. We understand that early experiences shape a child’s self-belief, which is why our sessions are packed with imaginative play, movement, and storytelling - perfect for helping children explore their creativity while gaining valuable life skills.

Each session is structured to balance guided learning with freedom to express. We use drama-based games and age-appropriate exercises to help children develop their voice, body awareness, and communication skills - all while having a great time.

What Your Child Will Gain

Our P1–P3 acting classes do more than introduce performance—they create space for personal growth. Children will develop:

  • Imagination and creative thinking through role-play and character exploration

  • Confidence to speak, share, and perform in front of others

  • Communication and listening skills in a collaborative group setting

  • Teamwork and empathy by working together on fun, small-scale performances

Classes are led by experienced, PVG-checked drama professionals who specialise in early years theatre education. Every child is supported to feel seen, heard, and celebrated in a pressure-free, inclusive environment.
