  • DAVID HEPBURN

    ORGON

    David began to study acting in 1999 with the The Actor’s Workshop in his native Glasgow. His first professional role followed in 2000 as Cameron in Ruth Graham’s Cameron’s River at the Pentameter’s Theatre, Hampstead. In 2001 David played Hamlet in Mia Stevenson’s production of Hamlet at the Ramshorn Theatre in Glasgow. After a long hiatus in which David taught medieval history, he returned to study acting in 2021 under the coaching eye of Kat Harrison. He has since starred in Nicholas Chandler’s short film Look Ahead and played Tam in Gayle Winter’s short two-hander play When I Fall in Love.

    Aidan is an emerging actor based in Glasgow, he has been training with Kat Harrison for 4 years now first through ACS ( Acting coach Scotland), then Inspire Actors Studio and now currently at BALA (Break a leg Academy).   

    Previous credits include CHARACTER NAME in ‘Bedsit’ by COMPANY OR DIRECTOR NAME and ‘Crabbit McGee’ in Down The Hatch with Chaos Collective.

    David is an actor and voice actor based in Glasgow. Recent credits include the Fairy in Pinocchio (Hopscotch Theatre Company) and Wee Davey/Blue in Down the Hatch! He is delighted to be part of BALA's premier production, and is looking forward to flexing his 'wicked stepmother' muscles.

    Linda is an Actor, Narrator and Theatre Maker, trained at Edinburghs Telford College and Londons East 15 Acting School. Her credits include: The Committee (The People Upstairs) winner of Directors Cut Theatre Companys Pitch A Play, Disturbing the Dust (Lost Key Theatre), The B@it (Channel 4) and Maggie McCormack and the Witches Wheel Audiobook Series (Kaja Blackley). 

  • MARK MCMINN

    VALÈRE

    Mark is a professional actor based in Glasgow. He has a great love of Shakespeare and performed with ‘Folksy Theatre Company’ playing the role of ‘Lucentio’ in their Open-Air Summer tour of ‘The Taming of the Shrew’. He works with Raenbow Productions Children’s Theatre Company as a Workshop Leader with children aged 5 to 18yrs.

    Mark appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2019 with the Award Winning ‘New Writers’ play ‘Bittersweet’.

    In 2021 he won Best Actor in a web series at the Unrestricted View Film Festival playing the role of ‘Prince Hal’ from ‘Henry IV Part I’.

    Other credits include ‘Bottom’ in ‘A Midsummers Night Dream’, ‘Buhler” in ‘Conspiracy’ (Assembly Hall Roxy), ‘Joe’ in ‘Hope’ (UK Tour), ‘Rob’ in ‘You Are Not Alone’ (Scottish Tour), ‘Jordan’ in ‘Much Taboo About Nothing’ (Rumshack Glasgow), ‘Dafty’ in ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ (SEC Armadillo and Hull Theatre) and ‘Jack’ in ‘Jack and theBeanstalk (Crieff Hydro).

    Mark is Delighted to be appearing as the dashing if not slightly dramatic ‘Valere’ in BALA’s Production of ‘Tartuffe’
